A healthy morning routine can be quite beneficial, especially in terms of increasing energy and focus throughout the day.
So, how can one begin the day in a healthy, good, and productive manner? Though that appears to be a lot, it is actually pretty simple.
Ladies, believe me when I say that a professional woman’s life can be complicated, but this article is all about helping you discover peace and love between you and your alarm clock.

Planning a smart and practical morning ritual is one of the finest ways to get your day started.
I will not lay out specific guidelines for you to follow since I know that doing anything every day without fail is unrealistic, and expecting you to wake up at a specific time every day may or may not work for you.
What works for me may not work for you because every job, timing, and habit is unique.
In this article, I will put out a flexible plan that may be modified based on personal preferences.
Waking Up
To start your morning routine, you must get up early. However, this does not imply that one must sacrifice sleep and rise early—this is bad.
The average person requires 6 to 8 hours of unbroken sound sleep per night.
Plan a well-balanced “sleep and wake” schedule.
A strategy in which you get enough sleep while also finding time to get things done when you get up.
Begin by going to bed 15 minutes earlier and waking up 15 minutes earlier.
Try it for a week and you’ll find yourself quickly adjusting to the new schedule. Try adding 15 minutes more—after a few weeks, you’ll have the required amount of rest and wake-up time.
Stretching for 2 minutes
Stretch your body for two minutes as soon as you wake up.
When I say stretch, I mean twist and turn till you get rid of the numbness in your body.
When you sleep, your muscles lose tone, and fluids move and build in the back of your body. Stretching can help in returning these fluids to their original place.
Stretching has also been shown to help people feel more awake and ready to face the day.
When you’re finished, do what you need to do- go to the bathroom and freshen up!!!
Practise Meditation for 10 minutes
Mediation, is a method of exercising and working out your mind.
Meditation has been shown to boost focus, alertness, and overall well-being.
People meditate for hours, but because we work and don’t have much time, let’s conduct a brief but effective 10-minute meditation.
Find a pleasant, comfortable area at home that lets in fresh air, put on some peaceful music, sit down Indian style, keeping your spinal cord straight, and close your eyes.
Let go of everything and pay attention to the sounds around you, from the clock ticking to the birds chipping.
Do this for 10 minutes; you’ll be surprised at how good it feels.
If you are stressed out and show signs of depression, mediation can help you raise your confidence, get rid of bad emotions, and reduce anxiety.
Do Exercise for 20 minutes
This is entirely up to you and is determined by the amount of time you have available.
You can go to the gym or go for a walk if you have an hour to spare.
Here’s a simple method to get your daily dosage of cardio.
Put on your favourite shoes and get moving; you can go for a quick run, dance, perform aerobics, Zumba, or do anything else that gets your heart beating.
I enjoy HIIT workouts because they are both simple and effective.
Here’s a pro tip: change up your training routine. Doing the same thing every day can grow boring.
To Sum It Up
Further, plan out what you’ll eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day for the week ahead of time.
Every previous night, prepare for the same. This can greatly simplify cooking. Every week, go over your weekly food menu and make changes based on your interests.
Here’s another tip: I do the same thing with my clothes. I set out all of the clothes I’m planning to wear during the week and have them ready the day before.
Girls, believe me when I say that this saves you a lot of time in the morning while you’re looking into your closet.
